──Sep 07, 2018Sharing of Several Practical Heat Dissipation Methods for Power Distribution Cabinet

A large number of power or communication equipment are stored in our power distribution cabinet, but the temperature inside the power distribution cabinet will inevitably rise during the long-term operation, and the high temperature inside the power distribution cabinet will seriously affect the normal operation of the equipment and delay the normal work schedule, so the heat dissipation problem of our power distribution cabinet cannot be ignored and needs to be paid attention to.

For example, the outdoor stainless steel cabinet used in the communication system refers to a cabinet that is directly outdoor, made of metal or non-metal under the influence of various weather conditions, does not allow operators to enter and is suitable for outdoor installation of communication equipment.

1.Ventilated structure, in which the air outside the shell convects with the air inside the cabinet equipment compartment.

2.No ventilation, no convection between the air outside the shell and the air inside the cabinet equipment compartment.

3.Heat-insulated cabinet case is a cabinet with a multi-layer structure containing low thermal conductivity interlayer material. low voltage switch box

4.Air-conditioning type:the air outside the cabinet does not convect with the air inside the cabinet equipment cabinet, and the temperature inside the cabinet is controlled and regulated by the air conditioner.

5.Heat exchange type. The air outside the cabinet does not convect with the air inside the cabinet equipment compartment. The temperature inside the cabinet is controlled and regulated by the heat exchanger.

6.Fan type, the structure of convection between the outside air of the cabinet and the inside air of the cabinet equipment compartment, using forced convection of the fan for heat exchange.

7, natural ventilation type, cabinet outside air and cabinet equipment cabin inside air convection structure, using natural wind to exchange heat for equipment inside the cabinet
