First, the swivel locking protection test
1.Several fan blades are connected together to fixedly restrict the rotation of the fan.If the fan and electronic components are not damaged and the components restricting the rotation are released, the fan can automatically restart the rotation.
2.The fan with small current or auto start function locks the fan blades in the power-on rotating state and releases the locked fan blades after 72 hours, and the fan automatically restarts immediately, proving that there is no abnormality in the fan.
3.For fans with high current or without Auto Start function, do not lock them for a long time, or they will overheat and damage.
II.Insulation Impedance
Under the condition of 500 v DC, the resistance between the outer frame and the positive electrode of the wire shall not be less than 10m Ω
III.Insulation Strength
Under the condition of 5mA leakage current and AC 500 V for 60 seconds, there is no abnormality in fan frame and wire, proving good insulation
Four, free fall

V polarity protection
Under normal voltage conditions, all functions will be normal if the fan is powered on for 15 minutes by the reverse power supply and the normal two poles are connected again after the power is cut off.
