──Apr 29, 2019Design Concept of Drum-type Cooling Fan for Taiwan's Three Giant Notebooks

In the prior art, the heat dissipation fan in the Desktop computer is an axial flow fan.Generally, a fan is installed in Central Processor to dissipate heat for Central Processor, and other parts can be installed as required by users. However, due to the large size of the main housing in Desktop computer, if the space is not a problem, or if the devices in the main housing are not too close together and well ventilated, it doesn't matter if there is no additional heat dissipation fan.

However, notebook computers have portability considerations, and their volume is much smaller than that of Desktop computer and tends to be smaller. In order to make all the equipment assembled in a small main casing, space considerations are very important.Axial flow heat dissipation fans in the prior art are limited by the limited space of notebook computers, and fans of large size and High-Valume, Low Speed cannot be assembled and entered. At present, Central Processor of notebook computers is only equipped with heat dissipation fins to help dissipate heat, while other devices dissipate heat through natural means, so its heat dissipation effect is not very good.

Taiwan's San Ju heat dissipation fans are roller-type heat dissipation fans for notebook computers.they are designed as a roller-type heat dissipation fan which can encourage airflow to blow along a plane direction and has a wide blowing range.they include a rotating shaft and a plurality of blades arranged at equally divided circumferential positions of the rotating shaft. The plurality of fan blades extend in a manner parallel to the axial direction of the rotating shaft, are driven by a motor to discharge airflow along the centrifugal direction of the rotating shaft, and are guided by a the pivot around the outer periphery of the fan blades to blow the main heating elements of the notebook computer in a large area in the same direction, thus achieving the effect of enhancing heat dissipation of the notebook computer.
